I am excited to announce the release of my first book All That Glitters: A Climbers Journey through Addiction and Depression. Published by Sono Nis Press, “All That Glitters” not only provides the platform for me to share my story, but serves as the launching pad for the next stage of my life; helping others overcome debilitating depression and drug addiction through self empowered healing.
Throughout 2011 I’ll be sharing my story as a professional speaker at mental health, drug addiction and depression focussed conferences, as well as representing Outdoor Research at my favourite events like:
Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival, Ouray Ice Festival, Outdoor Retailer and Bozeman Ice Festival
